The Studies:
Depending on customer need, we analyze input data (all relevant information provided by the customer, such as schematics, existing architecture and current operating procedures) and desired specifications, we write the specifications and carry out the feasibility study, modelling and simulation.
We are responsible for defining the tasks, resources and implementation schedule, also identifying the potential risks associated with the project with strategies to mitigate them.
The Realization :
In order to ensure the quality and lead time of the cabinets, desks and cabinets, SMAMTEC performs its wiring services in-house. It is therefore under the responsibility of the Workshop Manager and in constant contact with the designers and automaticians of the project that these services are carried out.
To guarantee the quality of services at customer sites, our experienced site managers manage the implementation tasks with the teams by respecting the rigorous regulations of safety, and by assuming the schedules implanted and displayed in the sites.
All our site personnel have all the necessary electrical clearances, as well as permits for aerial platforms.
Commissioning :
After the implementation phase, the SMAMTEC experts ensure the integration and start-up of the completed installations, all while guaranteeing the operating, production and quality specifications requested by our customers.
We can provide technical support of the installations for periods, and also training of the operators of driving and maintenance.
Delivery:
SMAMTEC supports its partners and clients in their projects through services of profiles of engineers and designers specialized in various expertises. Including coordinators to effectively manage projects, overseeing resources, deadlines and budgets.
Also SMAMTEC offers technical support services to help customers use and maintain their facilities, as well as to provide ongoing support when needed.
Training:
Depending on the specific needs of customers, we offer specialized training in various fields, including automation and robotics.This allows customers to master the technologies of their facilities, also ensure the competence of their teams.
We have all the tools and supports necessary to succeed in training.
